Do you want to feel like you truly have control of your health and aren’t a victim of your genetics? My fears led me to seek training in a holistic nutrition program that aligned with my new-found conviction that disease is the body’s reflection of imbalance typically resulting from nutrient deficiency and toxicity. Services Provided
My goal is to educate clients about the best foods for them, how to prepare those foods, and how to source the healthiest foods. I work with clients over 4-week (one month) intervals and recommend a minimum of 8 weeks (two months) for best results. The first month entails weekly meetings including a 90-minute consultation and review of health history, a 90-minute consultation and analysis of a completed food journal, access to a free comprehensive nutrition tracking app, a nutritional resource guide/cookbook and unlimited access to my support and guidance in implementing the recommendations made.
Additional 4-week (one month) intervals are recommended for clients looking to obtain ongoing support including continued access to online nutrition tracking, unlimited one-on-one support/guidance, and weekly meetings which may include grocery trips for food selection, in-house visits for meal preparation, and personal training for an individualized exercise program.
My success doesn’t come from simply telling my clients what to do to improve their health with nutrition, it comes from helping them successfully implement the nutritional recommendations made and experience a lifestyle change they will never want to walk away from.
